We have meat specialists with a combined experience of well over 100 years in the industry who understand the complexities of meat processing.
Our team of meat specialists possesses extensive work experience and expertise in various areas, including flavors, spices, production management, research and development, quality assurance, factory management, new product development, and technical management. They bring a wealth of qualifications, ranging from Bachelor's to Master's degrees, and several have even published their own works. With their diverse backgrounds and knowledge, our specialists provide very comprehensive solutions in the field, ensuring top-notch results for our clients.
The meat applications pilot plant located within the Regional Applications Centre for Asia-Pacific has equipment that allows us to manufacture all types of processed meat, poultry and seafood products.
