All equipment follows a preventative maintenance program to ensure smooth operation. Our state-of-the-art equipment allows even the smallest amounts of materials to be mixed evenly within the total blend.

What Packaging Options Does Fibrisol Offer?

Fibrisol provides flexible packaging options. Blended products can be packed in bags ranging from 6.0-25.0kg, or bulk bags from 1000-1200kg. Customers can choose between plastic bags or biodegradable multiwall paper bags with an inner plastic liner. Bags can be heat-sealed or stitched, with the stitching line covered by tape.

How Does Fibrisol Ensure Quality Control?

Fibrisol Service Australia is SQF 2000 accredited and conforms to ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 standards. We follow a strict process for raw material approval, and our blending procedures are based on clearly defined SOPs to ensure consistent quality in every batch.

Several checkpoints are implemented during the preparation and blending process to guarantee that the final product meets all required parameters.

Our SOPs also support allergen risk management to prevent cross-contamination, and sieves of different mesh sizes are used to ensure the absence of foreign matter in the final product.

Metal detection is in place across all packing lines, with magnetic sieves used during blending to safeguard the product from contaminants.

In-house QC testing is carried out on numerous chemical and measurable parameters, ensuring that the final product meets specifications every time.
